Hi, I’m Laurel

My career began in the world of pharmacy but I quickly witnessed how medications can help provide support for a patients symptoms but rarely heal the root cause.

When my parents’ health started to decline and their list of prescriptions grew. I became determined to find a better way. That search led me to study Human Nutrition and dive deep into the science of how the body truly heals.

Now, using my Pharmaceutical experience with my work as a Nutrition Specialist, I blend science with compassion to help women move from confusion about what’s going on in their bodies to a place of balance, confidence, and energy.

Through my Multidimensional Health Method, I help you understand the Root Cause of your symptoms and create a plan that restores harmony from the inside out.
